How is an office trailer anchored?

Office Trailer stake process:
• Drill asphalt, rock and/or dirt to allow each cross anchor to be put in place.
• Each anchor takes two stakes.
• Hammer each stake into the asphalt.
• The stakes are put in crossing each other on an angle (cross anchors) into the ground.

Cross anchors
Each 8-foot by 20-foot office trailer requires four cross anchors to be put in place for a total of eight stakes.
Each 8-foot by 32-foot office trailer requires six cross anchors to be put in place for a total of 12 stakes.
Each 10-foot by 40-foot office trailer requires eight cross anchors to be put in place for a total of 16 stakes.

Steel strap (the band is attached to the Office Trailer)
• Take the steel strap from the office trailer and attach it to each cross anchor.
• Tighten each strap with the slotted bolt (part of the cross anchor) to get rid of the slack and secure in place.
• Once the slotted bolt is tightened, turn the nut on the cross anchor to tighten and hold the strap in place.
• Repeat for all cross anchors.
