Why is a 10′ container a more specialty unit?
The shipping containers we typically have in inventory are standard 20′ ISO shipping containers. In order to create a 10′ unit, it is necessary to cut our 20′ containers in half. Due to the additional labor required, our 10′ units often cost the same, if not more than our 20′ units.
I would like to change the filters on the air conditioning and/or heating units on my Office Containers and/or Mobile Office Trailers. What size are the filters?
The filter sizes for various types of Office Trailers and Office Containers are as follows:

Can I have a 10′ x 40′ office trailer delivered at a specific time?
Delivering a 10′ x 40′ Office Trailer requires an oversized permit, which we need to schedule with the relevant state(s). Unforeseen weather conditions like rain, snow, or high winds can lead to postponements by the state(s). We maintain open communication with our customers when arranging delivery to ensure clarity and understanding.
Can you deliver or pick up a container or trailer on muddy ground or when there are several inches of snow present?
To ensure our equipment remains safe and operational, we deliver only on dry and firm ground with no snow present. We recommend checking the weather forecast prior to scheduling delivery. Don’t worry – we will contact you if there are any issues with a scheduled delivery.
How can I install a shelving package or shelving arms?
The best way to install the shelving arm is to lift the shelving arm towards the D-ring in the container and put it on an angle. Once the shelving arm is inserted in the D-ring, straighten the arm out and let it hang. Finally, insert the stabilizer bar. After both shelving arms are installed, you can snap two pieces of 2” X 10” lumber together on each level (for a total of six pieces).
Does Eagle Leasing buy or trade in used equipment?
Occasionally, Eagle Leasing does buy used equipment. Please contact us if you are interested in selling something we may want to own.

Am I able to keep my Storage Trailer/Storage Container or Office Container/Office Trailer on the street?
Eagle Leasing does not deliver any storage or office equipment on the street.
Can I rent a Storage Trailer, Storage Container or Flatbed and have it stored at Eagle Leasing’s facility?
Yes! We have four storage yards to safely store your equipment, in the following locations:
– Orange, CT
– Southborough, MA
– Oxford, MA
– Northborough, MA
Can a container withstand a hurricane or tornado?
Storage Containers are made to withstand winds up to 100 miles per hour.
What do customers store in Eagle Leasing drop-off Storage Containers, Office Containers, Office Trailers and Storage Trailers?
Businesses typically store raw materials, finished goods, merchandise and equipment. Residences will use portable storage containers for additional storage and household projects.
Can I stop by to look at the equipment you have available?
Yes. Please call or email for an appointment and we will be happy to look at the equipment with you during normal business hours. Locations and contact information can be found here.
If we purchase a unit from Eagle Leasing, will it be possible to sell it back if it’s not needed any longer?
Yes, Eagle Leasing does purchase units back at a reduced price. Please give us a call and our sales team will provide you with an estimated price for the sale.
Can I order additional items after I’ve signed my lease?
Yes, of course! Either give us a call or send us an email with the any additions you wish to make to your order. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Can I extend my lease longer if I need to?
Yes, You can keep the unit as long as you need after the minimum rental period. The lease will automatically bill month-to-month (every 4 weeks) until you request for us to pickup the unit.
What is the difference between a Storage Trailer and Road Trailer?
A storage trailer is transported by Eagle Leasing to the customer’s site. Although a storage trailer can be moved from loading dock to loading dock and anywhere else onsite, a storage trailer cannot be used to transport goods over the road. Road trailers can be used as storage onsite as well to transport cargo to any location within the continental U.S.
