Territory Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments to pursue business development.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently work towards converting leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service
  • Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and address inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and customer feedback
  • Employ a consultative selling approach to maximize pricing and monthly lease rates
  • Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for potential customers
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions 
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in outside sales, particularly in consultative selling. Experience in leasing, industrial products, or related fields is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing a high-volume sales pipeline and converting leads to customers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and conduct field visits, with a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and customer service skillset
